New location: Interwerk in Frankfurt am Main

We are pleased to announce the development of the data center Interwerk in Frankfurt am Main! This was only possible due to the support of several sponsors.

vServer.site sponsors the rack space and power for the Community-IX switch and our out-of-band infrastructure. Servers of individual communities are also hosted there, allowing them to get free cross connects to us.

Interwerk sponsors connectivity from a rack of vServer.site to Interxion, where we already have infrastructure in a rack of DE-CIX in FRA4. Interxion sponsors the cross connect from Interwerk to our switches.

At the Interwerk site, we will connect three communities to the Community-IX in the short term.
