Portupgrade: Deutsche Telekom AG

Since today Deutsche Telekom AG (AS3320) also supports us with a 10G port for IP transit at Interxion in Frankfurt in addition to the 10G port in Berlin that exists for nearly 5 years now. Interxion sponsors the cross connect.

AS3320 is only peering with the route servers. We now changed the BGP announcements: Peers in Frankfurt now receive routes from AS3320 in Frankfurt and no longer from Berlin. This should reduce latency for many destinations that usually would not have been routed via Berlin.
